For foreign nationals who receive a pension from a foreign government, company, or private entity. Requires proof of a minimum monthly pension equivalent to three (3) times the Colombian legal minimum monthly wage (SMMLV). As of 2024, this is approximately 1,000 USD. This visa leads to permanent residency (Visa R) after three years.
